About Us
We are marketers of the heart-healthiest beef in America. Our goal is to unite numerous grass-fed producers across the U.S.A. and to provide a central marketing plan and distribution to unique grocery stores and restaurants, on a continuing basis. Supply and demand are critical components of our marketing strategy. Our producers have to take extra care and steps to grow and provide this heart-healthy and very tasty product, yet they have little time for marketing. For their endeavors, they should be paid a premium for their investment, yet provide a reasonable affordable product for the consuming markets. We want to bring this all together, simply, efficiently and continually.
Our goal is to provide the best tasting beef and other 'free-range' products in America. Grass-fed beef flavor and tenderness traits can be compared to “fine and unique wines.” Animals from different regions in the U.S.A. feed on a variety of forages, not grain, and their climate, rainfall and nutrition can dictate an enhanced flavor by region. Unique to grass-fed beef is its clean, distinctive taste. Chef’s love the fact that it has a rich, meatier flavor over grain-fed fatty beef that is currently in large supply today.
Our goal is to also provide the most heart-healthy and safest beef in America. Strict slaughter house protocols help insure the prevention and contamination of our meats from E-coli.
We always are concerned with meat safety. We recommend the Rinse-and Chill system because of its unique safety features and the positive flavor and tenderness traits it affords grass fed beef. This USDA approved process works well in small packing plants and basically removes the animals blood which is the food source for E-coli bacteria.
We strongly encourage its use if available. It also provides a longer shelf life for beef which adds value to grocery and restaurant stores.

According to author Jo Robinson's book Pasture Perfect,
which is a composite of medical and university studies and facts about grassfed beef, states that
grass-fed beef provides more vitamins, especially Vitamin E. (click here to learn more about how vitamin E extends shelf life). Cattle raised on pastures naturally gives you more Vitamin E. Vitamin E is one of our most important antioxidants because it protects us from free radicals, boosts our immunity and may lower our risk of coronary heart disease. Grass-fed animals have more vitamin-E than grain fed animals for a very good reason: grass and clover have 20 times more of this nutrient than corn or soy, the main ingredient in a feedlot diet. Grazing cattle consume as much as 1,000 IU of vitamin-E each day, 10 times more than found in a typical feedlot diet. (1) Hermel, S.R. (1993). Extending the bloom. By extending the cherry-red color of beef, vitamin-E could help boost sales all around. Beef Magazine. 8-12.
We encourage the natural ecology of the grasslands with no unnatural fertilizers or pesticides. We encourage our grass-fed beef/meat producers to be good steward of the land. Unhealthy or man-made chemicals and fertilizers are not allowed. A step-up to “beyond organic” program is mandatory for producers, to maintain marketing rights within our organization.
We support the small farmers/producers who made this country great and provide the safest natural farm products to the consumers.
We are beyond Organic. Our producers are sensitive to the health concerns of their consumers. They raise their animals in conditions or environments that are healthy and ecologically friendly. They are quite sensitive to the pesticide/herbicide issues of today and their families also consume their own meat products. Why would our producers want to jeapordize the health of their own families and potential consumers of their lifelong work?
Our beef is healthier than grain fed beef because:
